Yogawright

What began as YogaWright ; a yoga-centered practice has naturally grown into something more expansive: a space for whole-person wellbeing, rooted in movement, strength, rest and eating well. With offerings now shaped by three generations of women, it felt time to reflect that growth in name and vision.

Wright Wellness is the next chapter.

While yoga remains a foundational part of our work, the scope has expanded to include personal training, barre-inspired movement, functional strength, teacher mentorship, handcrafted wellness items, and holistic seasonal programs designed to meet people through all stages of life. This evolution is a shared journey; one shaped by family, community, and the lived experience of women across generations.

A Three-Generation Approach to Wellness

At Wright Wellness, we honour and integrate:

  • The grounded experience in yoga, movement, strength training, and mentorship that formed the roots of this work

  • The fresh creativity and vitality of a professional chef and movement guide, bringing innovation, core strength, and a focus on vibrant, joyful health

  • The age-old wisdom and steady presence of a retired nurse and matriarch, whose gifts in cooking, crafting, and ancestral care remind us of the power of home, tradition and handmade nourishment

Together, we offer a blend of modern knowledge and timeless insight; all in service of embodied wellbeing.

What This Means for You

  • The guidance, care and thoughtfulness you have come to know and trust continue; now enriched by deeper collaboration and new layers of support

  • If you're a returning YogaWright client, everything you love is still here; simply under a name that reflects the full spectrum of what we now offer

  • New experiences, handcrafted items, and seasonal resources are now part of a broader, more holistic offering; supported by the strength of three generations coming together

Whether you're here to move, grow stronger, rest, reconnect, or feel nourished from the inside out; Wright Wellness is a space to feel seen, supported and held.

..IT’S A FAMILY AFFAIR

Wellness doesn’t need to be extreme. Just consistent, caring, and rooted in what feels right for you.”
