yoga that builds strength..inside and out

Welcome

Welcome, we are so glad you are here. Our yoga offerings are rooted in care, curiosity, and connection. Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning after years, this space is designed to meet you exactly where you are; no expectations, no pressure, just an invitation to move, breathe and reconnect with yourself.

Our Approach to Teaching

We offer yoga that honours both strength and stillness; a blend of functional movement, trauma-aware practice and deep listening. You won’t find performative poses or rigid dogma here. Instead, you will explore movement as a tool for nervous system regulation, resilience and reclaiming your body as a safe place to be. Expect classes that encourage agency, support self-inquiry and centre embodied awareness; whether we are flowing, slowing down, or lying in rest.

What WE Teach

Our classes range from strong, steady flows to deeply restorative practices. You’ll find options like Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Yoga Nidra and Yin; each one crafted with intention, sequencing expertise and space for all bodies and identities. We also offer themed classes and workshops to support different life stages, including perimenopause and stress recovery.

Who OUR Classes Are For

This is a space for anyone who’s ever felt left out, unseen, or unsure if yoga is “for them.” Our students include beginners, longtime practitioners, folks in midlife or menopause and teachers looking to reconnect with their own practice. You don’t need to be flexible, spiritual, or know any Sanskrit. You just need to be willing to show up as you are, with what you have.

What to Expect

Each class begins with grounding and breathwork before building into mindful movement or stillness, depending on the style. We offer lots of choice and clear guidance, with an emphasis on functional movement and somatic awareness. You will be encouraged to honour your own pacing and make the practice your own, whether that means modifying, amplifying, or resting.

Why we Teach

We teach because we believe yoga can be a path of reclamation; not just of movement, but of presence, self-trust, and possibility. For us, yoga is not about escaping the body; it’s about coming home to it. It’s not about performing stillness; it’s about embodying it. And it’s not about getting it right it’s about showing up, again and again.

Styles of yoga

  • Slow + Grounded (Slow Flow / Somatics)

    Pause. Feel. Breathe.
Slow Flow and somatic practices offer space to slow down, unwind, and meet yourself gently. Expect deep breaths, supported movement, and an invitation to listen inward.

  • Vinyasa Strength + Flow

    Build strength. Move with purpose.
These classes combine breath-led flow with functional strength and mindful transitions. Perfect if you want to move with intention, build resilience, and reconnect to your power, on and off the mat.

  • Rest + Restore (Yin / Yoga Nidra)

Rest is radical. Stillness is strength.
Yin and Yoga Nidra sessions guide you into deep rest and nervous system regulation. Whether you’re healing, depleted, or simply seeking stillness, these practices support you in letting go and coming home.
