At the heart of our offering is the 50 Hour Yin Yoga, Meditation & Yoga Nidra Training; a small-group Autumn immersion exploring Yin Yoga, meditation, Yoga Nidra and the quieter aspects of practice that are often overlooked in modern life.
Alongside the training, you will find workshops, guided classes and resources designed to support a more sustainable and meaningful relationship with yoga, wellbeing and lifelong learning.
