After years of teaching under the name YogaWright, I’m excited to share that my business is evolving and so is my brand. What began as a yoga-centered practice has grown into something far richer: a space for whole-person wellbeing that integrates movement, strength, rest, and seasonal rhythms now with contributions from three generations of women in my family.

Wright Wellness reflects this evolution.

While yoga remains foundational, our offerings now include personal training, barre-inspired movement, functional strength, mentorship for yoga teachers, and holistic programs designed to meet people in every stage of life. This growth isn’t mine alone it’s a collaborative effort.
